Years ago there used to be a few sites that offered lyrics. They may have been a pain to use (pop ups, search glitches, et cetera), but at least the lyrics were accurate.
Now there are slews of easy to use sites...almost all with inaccurate lyrics. The errors are the same; they must be copy/pasting.
I find it to be both annoying and alarming. My granddaughter has been taught and home and in school to not take a single website as proof, but if she checks three or four and they all offer " 'Scuse me while I kiss this guy" is that going to be the new truth?
And what other "truths" will be accepted as facts?
