I skimmed through the report and only read the conclusion fully. Sounds like most people/trail users are OK with the OHV's. Make them legal and enforce sensible regulations that allow co-existing of all trail users I say.

It was a camel back backpack thingy per the testimony at the OHMVR Commission meeting where this was presented. They also looked into prosecuting for false police report but was past the statute of limitations or something.

Guess who paid for all that work, us the taxpayers. One commissioner said someone should look into getting reimbursed by the false reporters. That would be awesome!

What is the cost and who are the false reporters and would this fall into one of the statutes that anyone can be a prosecuting attorney on behalf of the State...
