I like it. With the remote microphone out of the wind's way, it seems to capture better the raw sound of the bike (esp. compared to the GoPro sound).

Camera is the Innov C3, best feature is that it will be always on with the bike. Won't miss a thing. :thumbup

Looks like your recording unit didn't get the firmware upgrade for frame rate correction
PM'd you about firmware version upgrade.

Yes, I measured. It sits about right, no give. Front fender is however very flexible, so there's that.

Even so, would you really want to risk damaging an expensive piece of plastic? Personally I'd find an alternate location, but that's just me.

If you get near full compression you are very likely to smack the fender into the camera. Dangerous stuff.

Oh yeah, by the way, at 00:15sec I did an involuntary stoppie at around 75-80mph or more...I wish I could say I was trying my Dani Pedrosa stoppie at Montegi, LOL.

For the rear wheel to lift, I suppose a lot of compression went on, still no touching...fingers crossed until I figure out a mount with more clearance.

Try hard braking over a pot hole or something of the like. I've gone full click in that circumstance. Not a fun feeling.

Yes, I know. I joke now, but it wasn't fun at the time at all. :)

I wasn't that hard on brakes I just had just past 3rd gear at full throttle (quick-shifter) and immediately was on the brakes and let my body slide forward too much. If I had a better grip on the tank that wouldn't happen.

The sound is awesome, my Drift cam is all wind noise above 20mph. :(

Try mounting it on the side of the plastic fender if you have a flat spot to stick to. My Drift HD is monuted with a 3M adhesive pad. Holds strong, no vibration at all and really gives a sensation of the lean angles.

^^^ Very cool video! Yeah, that would be my second location option. I just like to have the camera hidden under there, so I'll insist a bit more tweaking with the mount.
