T.I. Breakfast BARFing & ride in the City Aug 1st 2014

This thread goes back a few months : when Surj first came up with Breakfast BARFing. Saw it, thought it's a cool idea, finally did it last Friday Aug. 1st, 2014. Had that Friday off, so I thought it'd be fun for me to get up early, ride up to T.I., meet up with the gang, and spend the rest of the day riding around the City and snatch some "epic" pics for an encore of my ride & pics series: my third installment in this sub-forum with my Mortified 250 !

First two installments are: Perfect Day to Ride up Mt Ham and A Glorious Ride : Carmel > Bixby Bridge > Mission Carmel > 1 North > 156 > 101 > SJ

Got up to T.I. in good time with a rare choice of going 101 only from South SJ directly to T.I. Got there ~7:15am. Fog was still hanging over the island, sprinklers were still going.

Pulled up to the Island Market Deli and waited patiently for the gang, there was just one (me) :

The Rock is still barely visible in fog:

LOL... When I ask people to take picks, I always explain to them about our salute ! Educate them about BARF at the same time !! I usually say: "I am doing a ride report for BARF, don't get offended by this but it's our BARF salute." I always get laughs ! :cool

Will do Eric! On solo rides like this, especially this one in the City, I don't have any fixed route, just "ride by ear". That's how I usually do when I drive or ride around, having fun and exploring.
