I'm thinking you mean negotiable, right?

Be aware that there are NHRA drags this weekend at Sears Point, so Hwy 37 may well be a mess. I would plan to cross to the north of that area.

Here's a loop that will get you close to the coast, miss 37, and have some decent riding. Yeah, you have to ride across Santa Rosa, but you can't have everything.
