Street / Track Boots for the big guy

First off, I ride a 2003 CBR 600RR. Second, I'm kind of a big guy--6'2" average build. I've got the gear to do a trackday, 2-piece suit, gloves, boots, etc... and I wear them all whenever I take a ride through the twisties. I also have adjustable rearsets that I have set as far back as they'll go. My problem is, with regular (ankle-covered) shoes/boots, I'm comfortable, but with the alpinestars supertech R boots I have, it's a tight fit. If there wasn't a heel, or such a bulky one, I'd be fine. As it is, I can barely fit the boot between the peg and the shift lever. Are all street/track boots going to be like this or are there boots that are less bulky? Or should I look into ways relocating my pegs further back?

Sidi's have about the same size heel cup, tcx's have a slightly smaller one, the smallest heel cup is the dianese axial pro in (but are discontinued) try going 1 step down? smx plus's have a slightly smaller heel and the trq series for dainese are fairly slender.

Thanks for your input. One of my issues is I run a wide shoe size... so my current boots are actually half a size too long, but any smaller and my foot would probably fall asleep and turn blue in it. AFAIK, I never tried on dianese boots but I hear they run narrow. I have also tried with my rearsets further down, but I've tapped the road with my toe before and my pegs are fixed, not hinged like the factory pieces. So that worries me a bit.
