Mechanical
Top Oil, Top Gas

I'd like to try it, at least see how it tastes!

When I worked at the Datsun dealership (yes, Datsun, before Nissan), every vehicle was treated to a can of Top Gas and Top Oil with every service, one in the gas tank, one in the engine. At $2.99 each, almost all profit, purchased from distributor 15-20 cases at a time. Few customers complained, but I can't say I'm proud of the use of unnecessary products.

At least, this product may contain some alcohol, so it could clean out any water in the fuel, possibly?

Cheers!

CA pump gas already has alcohol in it. When it meets water they combine into some unholy goo that settles to the bottom and clogs stuff up. In some interpretations that could be construed as cleaning up water but personally I'll call it Making a Bigger Mess

That stuff will give you an added 100 HP! And you can run water instead of gas when you use it.

Now I need some. My decals no longer add HP like they used to and I've been searching for just that something. Or I could just go buy a can of naphtha and mix it with some mineral spirits for pennies per application. But since Honda engineers haven't specified that, I won't.

Man behaving bikely...
What you are buying is...

60% Naphtha (petroleum),
5% hydrotreated heavy camphor distillates, petroleum, light,
5% hydro treated solvent
5% naphtha petroleum,
1% heavy aromatic naphthalene

The only thing Speedy about more refined petroleum distillates (gas) is the advertising...

We got sponsored by them and used their oil past couple seasons. Tried that speed stuff, didn't notice anything.

If you had old bike that had been laying around with dried petrol clogging your carbs and carbon deposits in your cylinders, then yeah, it may help improve things back to stock. But not beyond that.

If you think that a sponsored product is always used in the race vehicle, I've got a bridge to sell you.

And there's no alcohol in it either.

Well if we are going to blend some gas, , ,

Mothballs, nitro model airplane gas, Blendzall, added to Chevrons "white 100 octane" 70's blend.
It didn't kill my 90, but sure smelled fast.
