South Bay/Peninsula Cobbler Recommendation?

Long story short, I need a solid cobbler that can do regular work on men's dress shoes that won't mangle or lose people's shoes. :loco :laughing Just basic work is fine--Installing taps and sole/heel replacement is all I really need.

He no longer sells western wear and is a leather and shoe expert. Repaired a pair of the misses heels/boots that nobody else would touch (all for $20). He also repairs purses and motorcycle leathers :shhh

Sweet! I don't wear super fancy shoes but they're definitely not disposables either. The missus also has stuff that could use some refinishing TLC as well. :thumbup

As an alternate I suggest Boat Feet Shoe Repair in San Mateo. He has done a half dozen resoles on my Cole Haan stuff with great results. Even fixed my leathers which had a torn shoulder and knee area.

My Aunt Gertrude makes a delicious cobbler. She's in Louisiana, so it may not be crispy/hot when it arrives here.

There's a little place in San Mateo, on 4th I think, that I used to go to regularly. I'll look up the info when I get home.

Above all I like to play.
Darn it. I can't find the one I went to for nearly a decade in Cupertino. I'm afraid he's closed shop and moved away.
