Sony Action Cam Mini

Mmmmm...Faster
"The Mini will run you $250, or $350 when bundled with the new live-view remote, which gives you complete control over up to five cameras, including image-quality adjustments, flip, timecode and shooting mode."

Now that part sounds bitchen. :thumbup
I wonder how well that would work on one of my bikes for doing the multi-cam vid of the run at speed. Sounds very promising.

meh... with the Garmin action cam you can also do a multi-camera setup... not a big deal.

So what is that, like timesync between them or something?

yeah I believe they sync to each-other over WiFi..

Also, garmin gives full GPS info. I get speed, lean angle, location, live map, etc etc

Hmmmmmmm..... I'm liking the way this is sounding. I know with the AIM unit we can overlay data aq on the bike through vid, I need to put some readin' into this. I'd love to get video on the new big bike from 5 angles with data aq and accel/gps stuffs to. I'm kinda hoping to be at about $1k to $2k all in for sync'd cams at 5 or 6 points. Then dump it all into FCP and see what the magic looks like when we hit speed.

When you say sync over wifi, do you mean tradtional or BT? Also, do they sync PtP, or require a S/N? Not sure I want to much gear aboard which is why I ask. Space is @ a premium.
