try again fucker
Okay, here we go.
PRICE DROP AGAIN $5,000.00
I have a 1968 jeep m715 for sale. I have many pictures that I can email.
Let me start off by saying this truck belonged to a friend of mine that has passed away. I don't know everything about it, but ill do my best. This is a project truck but needs very little to get going, it's a monster truck!
Here's what I know.
2-1/2 ton Rockwell axles.
Axle brakes and ebrake.
428/429 ford big block with matching transmission from 1974
Runs on propane. Has 2 forklift size tanks.
New plugs and wires. Comes with a brand new distributor with built in coil.
Twin stick transfer case.
B&M 3 speed shifter.
20 inch wheels, 47 inch tractor tires.
Has a roll cage and has the roof removed. He was planning on having a canvas top made.
Steel bar doors and original doors.
1 extra tire.
Removable steering wheel.
Racing seats and harness'.
Hydrolic steering
So here's what I know about what's wrong or needs work. Ill try my best not to miss anything, please feel free to ask any questions that I haven't answered and I can take any pictures you might like.
Seats are ruff but usable. The body had dents throughout as you would imagine a real 4wd would. Front fenders are cut, I don't know how much.
Isn't currently running, it was parked for a year in upstate New York before it was shipped out to my house. It's been parked a year now. I suspect the timing is the issue, but I don't know. Especially considering that it runs on propane, I'm out of my depth. She is ruff, and has seen better days, but she's a functional beast.
I know he payed almost 12k for it 3 years ago. It's not running and I don't want it to waste away any more. I'm looking to get 6000$ or best offer. I'm a motivated seller and will hear a reasonable argument. Comes with a bill of sale only. We never found a vin. It's not been registered ever to my knowledge.
If you want to see it in person or try to get her to start that's fine with me too.
I can be reached via email nutnice at gmail for a quick response.
Email for pictures.
Location, Colfax CA. Close to the rubicon or Lake Tahoe.
