Now that we got that out of the way, I'm a little sad to be parting with my trusty commuter.
2003 ZR-7s, almost 19,000, clean title for $1800
Easily 45+ mpg at a polite commute pace, 50ish on longer trips, 5.5 gallon tank
Full tune, valves, sparks and all filters done in January, at 16K ($400)
Just replaced rear brake pads, front pads still good, but new set is included
Other goods replaced within the last 12 months
*battery
*clutch cable
*speedo cable
*seat cover
*new renthal bars
30% front Q3 and 40% left on rear PR3, chain is good until next season
Super reliable, low maintenance, great on the open road and around town with lots of low end torque.
Fuel gauge doesn't work and has dented exhaust can, please see pics.
While it doesn't look new, has been dropped/hit while parked, its been super reliable, cheap to insure and low maintenance. Being a non Ninja, and less common, its much less attractive to thieves too
Great on the highway, twisties and around town with lots of low end torque, not a bad beginner bike for a sensible rider.
Test ride with M1, your helmet and gear and cash in my hand
