Saturday morning. Breakfast at my house before hitting the road. Dre and Rich trying to link their comms. "Can you hear me now?"

It didn't work.


A quick burn across the valley, then up 108, with a break at Donnel Vista.


Then another stop to take in the views and wait for the guys to catch up...

Then down to Walker for lunch, up Monitor, and back town to Carson. Got all checked in to our room and secured a rollabed... Dre was super excited that there were no bedbugs on it.


Then we wandered across the street to the tip top tap shack for some drinks while streaming the USC-Texas game on a phone. Got served complimentary Jell-O shots when we closed out. Whoo college!


Sunday morning we rolled out after breakfast at Heidi's, up 50 to Tahoe.


Then back through Markleeville and over Ebbetts, where we linked up for a bit with another large group.

I have no pics from Carson but we did get the Betas off the trailer Sunday and had a good albeit challenging ride Sunday and again this morning.

A wise man once stated that only stickers increase horsepower, so I took that advice to heart.

I calculate that with 14 stickers, that increases my RWHP by 0.9209039548%. :teeth

While the ride was great and the destination was good, the best part is hanging with all the folks who rode out. So much fun seeing all these great folks again!
