Rider and crashed bike found in Petaluma

It's not like this happened in BFE, it's a heavily traveled stretch of road. Unless it happened at night, I couldn't imagine someone didn't see something.

RIP man :(

Definitely one of my fears about riding in the Bay Area. I typically ride solo and there's so many routes and areas that would take ages to find you if something ill happened. I always keep my location on my phone turned on and shared with someone so they can look anytime to see where I'm at if I ended up missing.

RIP! I commuted that road for 6 months straight on my GSA. Terrible road for oncoming traffic passing over the double yellow, in the fog. CRAZY!

I do the same thing for the same reason. My spouse can see where I am (where my phone is) at any moment.

My condolences to Jason's family and especially his children.
