I've revved before while lane splitting to try and get the cars attention that was squeezed over too far.

Usually works.

If not, a honk or I try to find a way around.

Hmm, let's step back a second and look at this. Rider taking video has no mirriors, and looks like he's going pretty fast. Then, another rider passes him, going even faster. Shortly thereafter a car pulls out in front of them, and he slows down to take their mirriors off.

Do I have that right?
