Racing Movie from 90’s or Early 2000’s

I swear I posted this here at one point but despite searching I can’t find it.

There was a motorcycle movie from either the late 90’s or early 00’s about two brothers (I think) that would block off their small town and try to beat their lap times. Then they went onto racing at a real track.

Anyone remember what that movie was called?

Im 99% sure this is it from the trailer. Going to watch now. This is the movie that got me into motorcycles. I always think about it when riding canyons.

Of course I didn’t see this I the theater. Must have been a rerun in the late 90’s when I saw it. :afm199

Could be. It’s definitely not your average run of the mill motorcycle the main character (David Essex...yes, that David Essex!) is racing.

Yea, that's the movie.

I paid cash money to see this in the theater when it hit. I recall glimpses of Schwantz and his Pepsi Suzuki in the back ground since they were filming long with GP at the time.

I remember their reality show on Speed.

And, anecdotally, when we were looking for a new house, we visited a house for sale by someone who happened to be one of the Bostrom's personal friends that were moving out to Temecula area to be closer to them. That guy was one of the friends on that show.
