Quick shifter / clutch maintenance?

I recently bought an annitori RL quick shifter http://www.annitorirl.com/product_detail_1.php for my 2011 track bike (very happy). The quick shifter plugs in directly to the coils and cuts spark only. Just curious if extra attention is needed for the clutch when running a qs?

If anything less, assuming you were using it to shift before installing. Shouldn't be any different than simple 'powershifting'.

Powershifting is the exact opposite of quickshifting. The clutch isn't used at all.

Wrong term I suppose. I meant clutchless shifting while manually rolling off.
