Prop 68 and 69

Proposition 68 is a park bond fund. Funds from prop 68 could help open OHV parks. I urge a yes vote :thumbup

Proposition 69 "Requires that certain revenues generated by a 2017 transportation funding law be used only for transportation purposes and generally prohibits Legislature from diverting funds to other purposes".

Prop 69 doesn't seem to affect the OHV funding from the fuel tax. Does anyone know for sure?

Prop. 68 sure is looooong! I wonder what is hidden in there?

A quick look at prop. 69 doesn't mention the fuel account, only the Public Transportation Account. I wish that OUR trust fund had a key on it.
