People purposely trying to send threads to the PS

I do not believe there is anything political about the thread or anything in it. However, two people have made statements that it should be moved to the PS and while they haven't really gotten political, I wonder what the motive or implications are for this.

I mean, I am no longer a part of the PS. So banishing a thread that is not political to the PS just because someone doesn't want to read the thread seems so juvenile and pointless. It's truly just some lame person trying to kill a thread.

I will note that both of the people I am referring to have a certain political bias, and I assume that is why they don't like the thread. But what the hell? I don't go into every gun thread and scream "time to send this to the political subforum".

Well....it hasn't been moved yet, has it? :) And we now have the P-trap that banishes political statements in threads that aren't otherwise political. Let's maybe wait until there's a problem before we work on solving it.

I agree that the P-Trap should work.

Once folks realize when they screw up that 3 times and get suspended that action will likely cut back on the "on purpose" thing.

Yeah I realized that about halfway through my diatribe. But then I was like "Hey, I haven't posted in here lately and I could use a good DH talk" so I kept going.

It's still kind of frustrating.

<Here, I'm giving you a little e-shoulder rub through the internet> It would kind of piss me off to have people do what they're doing to you. I get it. They do it on purpose cuz they know you get wound up, and some people just have a screw loose. It's annoying; it's the internet. I really wish I could change that.

What's a P-Trap? Is that one of those "instructions unclear, penis stuck in ceiling fan" kinds of thing?

The P trap is the plumbing trap that catches various big floaters and sinkers, and keeps them from going down the drain. It's real purpose is to keep the sewer gas from backing up into the kitchen (sink.)

Now if BARF has just taken my suggestion to rename the Kitchen Sink to the Cloaca, none of this would be needed.
