Panasonic TV color problem

Rookie My A$$!
This may be the wrong forum, but it seems to fit better here than anywhere else.

The color on my TV has gone askew. I now have far too much greenish in my whites and grays, and I have no blue at all. It is a 42" Panasonic flat screen digital HDTV, about 4-5 years old. About a month ago I moved it into my new place, and it worked fine after I first set it up. Just the last few days it has gone ugly. I tried adjusting the color settings on my TV, but I was not able to make things any better.

Does anyone have a clue if this thing is fixable at a reasonable cost? I am reasonably competent with technical things, so if there is just some component that might need to be swapped in, I could do that. I suspect, however, that this is going to be beyond my skill level, and cost a ton.

Thoughts?

Whatever that means
Is this LCD or plasma?
This sound like what happened when the color block went out on my old Sony rp

Fear me!
Before you start cracking the TV open :)...

1) Is everything connected properly? Power, video cables (HDMI, component, or the yellow cable)? Once a component cable was loose for our Wii and the colors were all funky.
2) Do you get the same behavior with a different input, e.g. DVD/bluray or video game console?

Yeah, it sounds like a component video cable problem if that's how you connect from your receiver to the TV. If so, make sure the three cables connections are firmly seated. You may also have a bad cable.
