I'm just thinking it's County dependent also wondering if there's enough room on this side for everyone.

Riders are going to have to police themselves. It will be interesting to see what type of crowd shows up.

So just to confirm,...if a rider usually has their spouse, family member or friend assist in loading/unloading the bike/gear and tech/mechanical work throughout the day...they'd have to choose to fly 100% solo or make the decision to not attend?
Just want to make sure I read the rules for the event correctly...

This is the email I received from Michael Earnest:

We're looking forward to seeing you at Thunderhill Raceway Park on May 23rd and 24th. We finally get to ride our motorcycles at the track! This email is to inform all of you of the current guidelines that have recently been issued to us in regards to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Please keep in mind that all of this is subject to change as we move closer to the event.

As a dedicated group of motorcycle enthusiasts, we need to work together as a team to set precedence moving forward with track day events; these are unprecedented times and in order for us to continue with track days, we have to make specific accommodations in order to show responsibility and respect for the current climate.

To make this happen, it’s up to all of us, so please, let’s give it our absolute best this opening event.

First and foremost, we need to respect the standard requirements and guidelines of the venue, many that all of us have been practicing to this point.

Requirements and Guidelines

All riders will be required to bring and wear their own masks.

Frequently washing hands. Wash stations will be available. Gloves are advisable.

All riders are asked to bring their own pens (black or blue ink only) for registration.

Six (6) foot social distancing. This will include shelter in place within your pit area. No unnecessary socializing throughout the pits, however the registration area will be available all day for any questions, concerns and/or any other essential information. Track side services, i.e. tires, suspension, photography is acceptable for travel through the pits. In other words, keep to your pit area unless you need to speak with registration and/or essential track side services.

Temperatures: As a health precaution the track reserves the right to take random temperatures. Upon entrance, please expect to have your temperature taken, in addition expect questions about wellness, exposure and travel. If you have been recently ill and/or exposed to someone who was/is ill, please stay home.

Food Services: As a health precaution, the cafe/food truck will NOT be available for this event, we recommend that you bring your own food and drinks; please stay well hydrated! In lieu of the café being closed, Thunderhill Raceway Park has offered take out options by way of request, this option will include a delivery fee.

Camping: **UPDATED**

1. Camping is solely for registered Pacific Track Time attendees and specific to Friday (May 22nd) and Saturday (May 23rd) night.

2. All campsites are "shelter-in-place"; no social interactions between campsites or campers not part of your campsite.

3. Travel from campsites is only allowable for essential purposes, such as usage of facility bathrooms and/or emergency services.

4. Campers that violate these camping guidelines are subject to ejection by the venue.

The venue gates will be open at 5:30pm on Friday and closed at midnight, then re-opening at 6:30am on Saturday and Sunday, again closing at midnight. Please be sure to vacate the venue by 7:00pm, Sunday.

Riders only: This event is ONLY for RIDERS who are registered. No spectators, family, friends or dogs/animals; per the venue, there is a very strict and limited number of people allowed through the gate.

* Riders will be checked in at the gate, if you are not on the roster you will be turned away; per the venue, there may be random checks to insure you’re a registration event attendee.

* Any registered rider in the vehicle who attempts to "sneak people in," will be turned away, NO REFUND OR CREDIT.

* There will be no walk ups for this event, no exceptions.

**It cannot be expressed how important this is, as our event can be shut down for all.

We truly apologize for these inconveniences and we can understand your frustration in adhering to these guidelines that have been set forth upon us. All of us want to get back normal, in order to do so, we MUST comply and work as a team. We sincerely appreciate everyone's cooperation and understanding; as motorcycle enthusiasts, adherence to these guidelines will not get in the way of our love of riding!

There is a limit to how many people can be at the venue so only registered riders. I suppose if you had a buddy that is participating in the track day it's ok to bring them along with you.

Come pit near me and I'll help you. Look for white Corolla station-wagon with trailer.
