On/Offroad ride in NorCal?

I'm looking for a dual sport ride somewhere in northern california where you could hit dirt trails and a bit of road. Ideally, I'd love to start somewhere around Clear Lake and ride to the coast - mostly on dirt. Something like the OMC Sheetiron 300, but done without the event...

There are three epic dirt riding parks near Clear Lake, Middle Creek, Stonyford and Cow Mountain. The road to Stony from I5 is DS worthy.
