If i had the ability to keep a starter fed/alive, i'd venture into sourdough. As it is, i'd forget about it for months.
I just got some bread pans in. Going to try for some loaf/sliced bread. Found an interesting Milk Honey recipe to try too.

As a British Citizen, (dual Citizen actually), I'm always on the hunt for a decent Banger and they are very hard to come by.
The "once a year" around St Paddy's day Irish Bangers at Trader Joes are excellent and will be here this coming Thursday through St Paddy's day and a bit beyond that.
Give them a try with sauteed onions, Heinz Beans, mash and mushy peas.
