Curious - is it just onions? Can you eat like shallots or garlic? also, feel free to pm if you dont wanna hang your stuff out in the open wind.
Still kind of figuring everything out. Red onions seem to do a lot worse for me than white onions for example, but I haven't sat down and taken a bite of each one over the course of a few days to see what the after-effects are.
Garlic doesn't seem to bother me too much unless we add a lot of it, and it may have to do with how much we cut it up vs using whole pieces.
Steered clear of shallots so far, and green onions on top of anything.
I use Safeway brand salsa verde for a few things and it has onions but I don't seem to be terribly bothered unless I've recently had an episode (which tends to make me very susceptible to any ill effects for a day or two after from foods normally 'acceptable').
I basically have diverticulosis with a FODMAP sensitivity.
Onions, beans, too much sugar etc.
