Legality is still not federally recognized. As such, use of it can still hinder job opportunities. I still don't understand why it isn't legal, but that's a different issue.

I think this is exactly the opposite. This is one time where the almighty dollar has been removed from the equation...at least publicly. And I think it's a great idea that won't last. Almighty dollar is almighty.
