actually i want to build my own rig. any good websites or shops around the bay that will hook me up? I'm poor but don't want crap either. either outside CA to save on tax or local enough to drive and get everything in 1 shot.

right now i'm looking at:
Soyo SV-K7V Dragon+ board
AMD Athlon XP 1800+ (1.53MHz)
Crucial PC2100 DDR 512MB RAM
Western Digital 1000BB Special Ed. (100GB hd)
Plextor 24/10/40 CD-RW
Pioneer DVD-ROM

need a midtower case and side blowhole fan. blowhole will be cut out of the case.

already have:

100MB IDE Zip
HP 8100 CD-RW 4/2/?

might also want to custom paint it. anyone know the paint code(s) for either the Yamaha blue or the darker gixxer blue? maybe get a telefonica/movistar sticker set and get my GP rep rig.

www.pixelusa.com Those guys have never let me down. They always had frys beat and they sell OEM parts. They are located on bascom near 280. I have never owned a system I haven't built myself. The last 2 I built, I got the parts from these guys. They even haul the shit to your car for you . Any questions or if you run into a problem throwing it together give me a PM. OEM all the way... I use pricewatch also to get my OEM stuff... But you can't beat Fry's MB/CPU combos... Esp. since I make the ads for them....
