My long lost KTM Supermoto is back on craigslist!

The years have not been kind, but oh boy is it good to see it again!

If only I could come up with some scheme to have someone buy it with a cashier's check for $700 too much and have him send me the bike PLUS the overage (but he can keep a little for his trouble) and ship it to me... I'd have my old favorite bike again!

In Chicago, I bought a kick ass SV650 from a guy who used it for track days. Great mods. Loved the bike.

But, in Chicago, the riding season is short I soon discovered. After 8 months of my glorious SV sitting in the garage with a battery tender, I decided to sell it. I listed for $200 more than I payed for it on Craigslist.

I sold it three days later for my asking price to the original owner. Apparently, he was very, very emotionally connected to the bike. The moment he saw it up for sale he grabbed it back.
