My first Decreee

Now that i have my domain set up..i shall proclaim my first decree:

Thou shall stunt without shame..Squids is a term of endearment if taken so. Do not let others who criticize your riding style sway you from the ways of the wheel. Remain with the DarK Syde..only good things will come of it.



ok now that we have that out of the way....Who can do what? and who wants to learn what?

my all time favorite: sitting on top of the cowl with foot on my seat, smoking a cig.

1st Gear Sit Downs: not that high yet, but frequent (read: at least two every ride)

2nd Gear Standups: in progress.. busted a couple inches so far.

Stoppies: One so far


WANT TO LEARN:

Take my stoppie skills to a nice rolling endo. Then pull a 180.

Find and learn to love the balance point, sit-down and standup.

DONT DO IT!!!! ..atleast not untill you've mastered first gear stand ups...

DrWong's advice for stoppies to rolling endo's:

The faster you go, the less brake you have to use to bring the rear end up. Less braking pressure - more leeway for mistakes.

I think what Port meant was where you sit over your handlebars, with your legs crossed, and wheelie from there.. personally ill stick to flamingo's and nac nac's if i wanna go extreme..cuz if you get scared trying to wheelie, and u shut off the throttle, you're gonna go straight off the handlebars and onto ur ass with the bike ramming you from behind..

Yes DrWong thinks I'm a squid I feel all warm and fuzzy inside now! I don't think I will be trying any crossed up wheelies anytime soon. Them sure do look bad ass though. Crossed up donut is a possibility though!

rolling endos (the long ass 1s w/o bangin onf the rear suspension), 1 handed endos, the "wipen' clean my headlight" endo.

skitchin behind, on the side and in front of the bike.:eek

basically everything considered squidly but i think i'll try riding fast 1st.

I think this year i will be limiting myself on stunting and concentrating more on canyon carving and learning some lines. Its no fun when your doing wheelies all day long but when you get to a turn, you slam on the brakes hehe
