Thanks! So far it looks good, sounds good (with the Remus cans and open clutch), it is a lot of fun to ride and it is very comfy 1 and 2-up. So I have to say I am pretty happy with the choice too! ;) :thumbup

Well I bought mine used (it's an 04 with 2500 miles on it) so I can't really say what the OTD would be on a new one. MSRP on a new '05 is just under $12K for the 1000 and $8K for the 620.

i hated those at first..but theyve REALLY grown on me, especially after seeing some cool ones at laguna.....nice bike!

But leave your check book at home, lest ye take one home that day. And factor the Remus cans into your budget...they are an absolute must!

Since the Ducati top case and paniers were out of stock, I bought the top case from Givi directly. The cover on the lid can be removed and painted. I ordered an extra one and might have it painted Ducati red... :thumbup
