For sale: $150 OBO. Size medium.
This is my 30 year old MTB. Google the history of the bike, it was a nice ride back then.
It's thirty years old and it ain't light like today's. It's been well maintained, the Deore indexed shifting is still amazing, clicks immediately and right on. 26" x 1.5" tires, Kenda 100 psi street tires, less than 200 miles on them. Fairly new Vuelta Zerolite wheelset with cartridge bearings, cost more than I am asking for the bike. Nice rear rack. frame pump. One year old Tektro brakes and pads. Spares, a new tire, stem, and misc. Bottom Bracket replaced last year with Shimano sealed bearing cartridge unit. Headset bearings recently lubed. Seat is Selle knock off with cut out, it's pretty comfortable. Triple crank, 3x7, it's all Shimano except the brakes. Two water bottles, so you can carry beer for the ride back. I'll throw in a six pack for the lucky buyer.
This is a fun ride, I bought a carbon gravel bike and it's my new daily ride. I set this up for Oakland's shitty streets, it's almost never been in the dirt. It will beat its way through the biggest pothole in Oakland and come out the other side.Perfect bike for urban errands, groceries, etc.
