I'll be racing my SM. What I was told regarding rules:

We have a Supermoto Class for the SF Race, you can also race in the Run What Ya Brung, but that is a total mixture of bikes.

All the classes outside of the Super Hooligan are fairly loose as far as tech/rules, we are just opening up the oval to other classes to race on the pier. All for fun and bragging rights.

Your friends at CityBike will be covering it, from both the perspectives of attending and racing (Fish will be racing, class / bike TBD. Maybe more than one).

This. Sounds. Awesome. Asphalt flat track sounds ouchie scrapey, though. Wish I had a moped for the mini class!

Gonna try and come spectate if possible.

there were recommendations of removing the left footpeg for ground clearance, so yeah... it'll be interesting

other questions I got answers to:
leathers are required (MX gear isn't enough)
slicks are fine, warmers/generators are fine
no size requirement on catch can

I thought that too but was wondering if they told the racers a specific time. I'm just curious because I can't stay the whole time.

Anyone have an extra set of DRZ case savers they'd be willing to let me borrow/buy? I wanted to order them for this but they wouldn't have gotten here in time. I was hesitant about joining in but now think I want to again
