Moto GP Videopass issues...help needed

I was set up for auto renewal for the 2020 Moto GP videopass. I use a Roku, but all of the testing videos aren't playing. I can watch all of the other videos like after the flag, recaps, etc. but the actual testing won't load.
Is anyone else having issues with this?
I'm not a tech guy, and am slow on basic tech stuf,...so is there a way to troubleshoot or anything?
In the roku app, I've sent feedback that videos don't play, I've removed and reloaded the app so I'm not sure what else I can do.
I can however watch testing on my I-Pad, but would rather watch on my TV.
Any help would be appreciated!

Sorry, I can't help with the Roku issue but I do use the lightning to HDMI Apple adapter to stream the MotoGP stuff to my TV from my iPad since I haven't found a way to install the MotoGP app on my 2nd gen AppleTV.

Motogp on my Roku Stick is unbearable. Synchronization between audio and video never works.

Instead, I use the Motogp app on my Android phone and cast it to TV via a Google Chromecast.

MotoGP's Roku app is horrible and unreliable.

I gave up and just started using my iPad or laptop.

Last season the only issue I had was loading the app on the 1st try. But I really didn't have any audio/video issues.
I guess I don't mind watching on my iPad...but I feel whoever is responsible for the app or app super should know and/or fix the issue as we pay good money for the service and the devices to have them play on.
Would Roku be the entity to reach out to or the Moto gp videopass site?

Contact MotoGP, they maintain and support the app, or at least paid someone to. Roku doesn't have anything to do with it, really.
