BARF- I love me some moto, so pass along to your riding friends who are looking for a new place to call home:
We have space suitable for a single or a couple, and a dog-friendly cat: Downstairs bedroom/private bath- available 8/1/2016 (possibly sooner).
Specs: Bedroom 11 x 13, closet 5 x 2.5, recently remodeled bathroom 7 x 8; access either through the main house door upstairs, or the garage (e.g. semi-private entrance).
House: Fully loaded/stocked, clean communal kitchen, dishwasher, garage for storage and/or motorcycle(s), washer/dryer, beautifully tended backyard with veggies and fire pit, homey living room, homey home. Street parking as the driveway spots are taken by current residents.
Current Housemates:
- Django: Cat friendly, 30 lb dog (8 yrs old; "Chowmeranian").
- Ann(me): Master tenant, 35, happy, considerate, friendly, extroverted. I've lived here three years (8yrs in SF) and work at SF State as an Administrator.
- Trevor: my sig other, 34, mild mannered, caring, calm, considerate. He travels for work (construction) so is part to full time at the house; Rent adjusted accordingly.
-Nick: Subtenant, 29, former marine currently traveling Russia and Europe with his Dad, and headed back to CCSF this Fall to continue studies. Nick is probably the most considerate housemate I've ever had.
Housemates Sam and Ana (a couple) are moving out of the downstairs room/bath to find their own digs on the peninsula. They've home-shared for the past year and a half and we are going to miss each other. This is an adult home looking for someone or a couple to considerately and communicatively share space with.
Rent is $1200/month for a single and $1400 for a couple, deposit is one month's rent. Bills are $60-90/mo.
This is a landlord-approved sublease that runs 3mo, then month-to-month. We are looking for a good fit and long term is strongly preferred.
YOU: reply with the following information-
Name, age, contact information, name of current employer, how long you've been at your current job, interests, schedule, reason for moving, and a little about yourself. I will only reply to those that provide this information, thanks for understanding.
The Excelsior you say? Is that in San Francisco? What is it? A neighborhood? Yes.
The E: "Ever Upward". Home of the most SF-lifers, the second largest park in SF (McLaren), cultures abound, the city's largest and least-known neighborhood, the "Bernal alternative". The most pretentious street names for the least pretentious neighborhood in all of San Francisco- this is where you get to live in a house, with normal people, a backyard, a garden hose, find-able street parking, and closets.
