I saw this and everything looked ok as there was no sign of the rider, but the rear tire looked flat. Just wondered if it was anyone here?

Was it an accident or a bike on the side of the road with a flat?

When the back tire is completely flat like that, it just takes a rabbit fart to knock the bike over because there's not enough lean into the sidestand. Method number 78 for how to drop your bike. It would be better to find a tree or fence to lean it against. Maybe putt to the nearest emergency call box pole or sound wall.

To be honest I wasn't sure. I thought maybe the vehicle was involved somehow, but I didn't get all that good of a look at it. I just screen-capped the pic from my video and enlarged it a bit.
