Yea, manslaughter is killing someone without premeditation or intent. If you are going to call this murder, it is definitely premeditated and shows intent.

Absolutely this. it takes all the courage in the world to admit that you have been considering suicide, because it's a good, hard look at your own self in the mirror.

This woman took that trust and weaponized it.
