I was given a new front MEZ3 Race a couple years back. It was stored indoors and seems to be fine. My question is, can I still use this tire and if so what tire should I pair it up with. I don't have a rear and I can't seem to find a MEZ3 Race in 160/60/R17.
I'm also concerned with its shelf life as I've heard that if the tire sits too long that its not worth running any more.
As for its performance, is it safe to say that a current Sportec M1 rear would be ok to pair up with it or should I find something with more stick?
I plan on using this tire on the street as I have Rennsports for the track.
Lastly, should I just toss the tire and get a brand new set of street tires?
