I Use alot of pandora for mainstream/predictable stuff

My favorite for cool music I've never heard I use 8track

Not really a fan of spotify but admitted I haven't used it much

Google music is 9.99 a month and has a shit ton more than spotify (actually I think they have the largest library of anyone). Bonus for actually having the entire albums too. They have a couple ways to listen. Radio station type things based on a band or song ala pandora. They also have these mood type categories that you can choose from although I find it generally is not my taste.

You can upload your own music too.

I have been happy with it. You can always try it for a month and see if you like it.

Soundcloud!

TuneIn allows you to listen to internet Radio. Then you can set it up on any of the SomaFM chanel which is, imo, the best radio station ever. They broadcast from SF, and there is no ads! NOT A SINGLE ONE!

Werd. would like to support anything besides Google. That's prolly hard to do nowadays tho. But I'll check it out

I am a google fan, but I understand some people dont like them. They really do provide good service. As for data collection they really arent as bad as some people think. Just saw an article that ISP's are actually much much worse.

Anyway like I said they have a free trial and if you dont like it move on to the next thing. It is rare they dont have something I want to listen to, actually have discovered some new stuff through the radio stations.
