looking for dirt bike weekend school etc

soooo my girl wants to start riding
I wanna get her on a dirtbike 1st for some experience, plus give me an excuse to ride some dirt

so anyone have experience with any of them?
need to rent gear/ bike/ location/ maybe coach? 1 or 2 days
and want good range of bikes to choose( i dont wanna put around on a xr100)
