Local TIG welder

Need my rearset mounts on my frame TIG welded. Anyone have recommendations?

ARC TEC Welding in Santa Cruz. The guy is super nice and a pro welder. Had him weld some stainless for me (below). He is hard to get a hold of though, mostly an option if you're local.
