local engine builder recommendation?

Hello,

Anybody have a local engine builder/rebuilder recommendation in the Santa Cruz/San Jose area? Specifically for a CRF250 race motor.

Backside Slider
That would be a good motor to learn on. Buy the service manual and go to town. It would be hard to mess it up unless you put the piston on backwards, the rings upside down, or jump the timing chain. Go for it.
