Since it seems to have targeted an AT&T office (knocking out service throughout the area) I'd be more inclined to think it's a pissed employee or customer.
The warning for people to get away from the RV seems to mean they wanted another target. AT&T was the most affected from info released so far.

Right now, no one knows. Multiple sources are reporting human remains, so that's news.

Ignore list is pretty worthless anyway. You can still see threads started by someone on your ignore list, you can still see when people quote folks on your list, and you can still see their posts, its just collapsed.
