That's what you took away from that? Dude was going too fast to begin with and was trying to thread the needle... 'Course there was a left lane parker too, but if you're going 30+ mph faster than surrounding traffic what can you expect?

Totally the motorcyclists fault. The left turn signal was even on.
Lane splitting should be legal in every state we don't need more laws!

I see this shit every day on my split home. people splitting a 30 mph delta, threading needles, splitting at 65+. Maybe it is just me but ever since the CHP posted guidelines (and later removed), it seems like every moron came out of the woods and took FULL advantage of it. Make this shit illegal, put in a moto only lane and life is good. My life is now in danger and it is not the cars doing it, though they are definitely still the majoity. I could easily list 5 incidents (close calls) that almost took me out from idiots like this. Id rather keep it UG, take a ticket once in awhile rather than ride next to these guys who think they are bad ass or have something to prove. Maybe to make up for their small penis sizes. I guess something needs to make them feel good in life.
