Ola,
I have a crazy well set up RMZ250 with a blown motor and it is time to make a decision and I am not sure what to do: should I sell as is, should I fix it and then sell it, should I part it out?

What do you guys think?

Here are the goodies:
o Beringer front brake system (6 pots)
o Motion Pro Throttle
o ASV Levers: brake + clutch
o Hammer Head, Brake Pedal, Shifter, Case Saver
o Applied Triple Clamps
o Yoshimura (Ti, Carbon)
o Stock exhaust line + silencer
o Wheels - Warp 9
o Slipper Clutch (not sure of the brand)
o Frame w/ paperwork
o Seat with grip

I'm with DogBoy, part out should get you around $2k.

Based on that I would also consider selling the bike as is for $1.5k - subtract out the time and effort of selling the parts individually.

Much as it sucks, I think Chris hit a decent number for you.

(But you may want to swap the brake caliper over to the KTM if it will fit).

Well, if I make it a BARF special I would say $1,550 ($50 will go to BARF).
Or a trade for a well maintained, green sticker YZ125 :)

hit my up with you get a dirt bike. I love my yz125. but I have not done anything but start it up every once in a while for severl years.

I got a green sticker as well, so we can tear it up in the dusty awful heat.
