hypermotard running rough

so I have an 08 1100 hyper with full termi and tune, 20,xxx mile, not throwing codes been running great since I got her. stone reliable

last week or 2 notice minor popping on decel ( maybe in my head)
anyhow, just started having rough idle/ stall / feels like missing cyl. above idle is fine, full power
thought its fuel related, maybe fuel filter. But, and riding many times, I notice its intermittent as 2/3 of the time its totally fine, which makes me think electrics

Im not very knowledgeable with these motors and finding it hard to find info at duck forums

maybe MAF sensor? anyone? thanks!!

Bikes don't have MAF sensors. They have manifold or ambient pressure and even intake air temp but not mass air flow. I had a similar problem on a monster a few years back, would run on one cylinder at idle then was fine under throttle. I swapped coils and injectors front to back and problem remained in same cylinder. Turned out to be the throttle bodies needing to be synced. Just FYI.

Fuel filter issues usually get worse at full throttle, especially if you hold it open for very long.

I don't know shit about Ducatis, how about valve clearance check?

Check the exhaust header connections, I had a similar problem on mine that turned out to be the header gasket crumbling and cracking. Front and vertical cylinders same thing happened at different times.
