I have a VIN number that I want to verify and try to determine if the VIN is stolen. Anyone no how to go about this? I don't want to get into the details of why I need to track the VIN, I just do.
Call local PD. Tell them you plan on buying bike and want to know if stolen. They can run it and say yes or no. They cannot give you any registered owner info.
