Was changing the porous coolant hoses on a 2019 KTM 790 Duke.
Went to refill the radiator, removed the bleed screw as per the manual, noticed it was very hard to remove, as if it were cross-threaded (not the first bolt/screw I found to be cross-threaded on this bike..must have been assembled by Arnold ).
Yup, you guessed it, the radiator now has a small leak from the bleed screw.
BTW, is it normal for the bleed screw not to have a gasket/washer?
Bike is still in warranty, not sure if this is covered so need help fixing this.
