Helmet recommendation?

Question.

I only been with scorpion EX400 and Suomy Apex for helmets. I am on the neutral- slightly round head shape and would like some recommendation.

Budget is around 300-400 range, thinking about a Shoei Qwest or RF1200

I'm not really brand loyal for much of anything, but I buy Shoei helmets for all street riding. I like how they work and I like how they fit.

As the saying goes,
The best helmet is the one you will wear.
Go to a local store ask the sales folks which is best for your shape head.
Try on several different brands. The one that fits best, wear it in the store for 15 minutes while looking around to make sure it does fit.

Then buy it from the local store, support them!

Find one that fits your head best. You won't like riding when you've got a splitting headache because your helmet doesn't fit.

I like my Quest better than my RF1200.

You can get a Schuberth C3 from Motostorm for under $400, I'm not sure where you can try one on locally though. I assume BMW dealers have them.

SF BMW has a good selection of Shoei, Arai helmets, for decent in store prices.

Get out and try them on, see what fits you best, and fits in your budget.
Not going to recommend something that you have to wear.
You have to like the fit, how it looks, and the price.
Only advice to give is make sure it is snell rated. Just my .02
