"Insignificant Other"
The scariest movie I remember watching when I was younger was, “Prince of Darkness.” It was a holiday weekend, so there were only 4 of us in a huge dorm. Plus, one of the other guys left one of the windows open, so there was a chill in the room. Add my Catholic upbringing to it, and I had trouble going to sleep afterward.

"Something Wicked This Way Comes."

Not as good as the book but certainly worthy of personal stash use.

Have not seen it in quite a while, but "Henry, portrait of a serial killer", is a pretty good example of a scary movie.

Watched the Exorcist last night, stands the test of time. My wife hates it,she was traumatized by it when she was 10. Her mom made her go with her older brother and his girlfriend to see it (to act as chaperone ,lol!)and she didn’t sleep for a week. Lol!!

CocoLoco

FN #5
Frankenweenie
Corpse Bride
Nightmare Before Christmas

We will be kicking off the Halloween movie-fest with those three and then go from there...

Amateur Hour
Search for "anaglyph" movies for free on you tube and some other places. Then buy like 20 pairs of the old red/blue 3D glasses on ebay for like 2 bucks. We did cheesy movie night like that one year with some old b&w stuff like "The Brain That Wouldn't Die."

Exorcist is the creepiest movie I've ever seen. I can't watch it.

I can't believe someone would drag a 10 year old to that movie.

It's not a "jump scare" movie, it's a creepy, skin crawling off your bones movie.

Kurosaki

Akai Suisei - 赤い彗星
The Taking of Deborah Logan

I keep saying this every year and I still know like 5 people who have ever seen it.

Abacinator

Unholy Blasphemies
The Taking of Deborah Logan

I saw it. I remember it was a pretty ok movie, but I don't really remember anything about it. The mom had dementia, right?
