Green Sticker / Red sticker Noobie question

Hey all,
I moved to California about a year ago, and it's time to get back to the dirt!

Anyway, I figured I want a Green-sticker two stroke. I found an '02 250 that I like, deal looks good but the bike has tags/papers from Oregon. Not registered in California.

So what's the deal on getting an out-of-state registered in California? Is there any hope getting a green sticker for this thing, or should I keep looking?

you should be fine. i think the last year for a green sticker 2 stroke was 02 or 03.
