I put on a pipe and that got rid of the flapper valve in the exhaust giving a c46 code. I found out you CAN'T CUT THE BLACK WIRE. I got rid of the c46 code but got c25 and c27. I put the wire back together and got alll three, so I finally figured out how to pull the wire and the c25 c27 codes are still there and the bike hardly runs. how can I clear the code, or did I really fry the ignition system?

On the o5 1000 it's in the gray plug not sure of the number but 8th from the left on top (per many pages and forums I searched). It got rid of the c46 code then the c25 c27 came up, i pluged it back in and all three came up so I know it's the right wire but not sure what to do about the other two codes?

Signal from the ignition coil is interrupted continuously. Check your ignition coil / coupler connection ..and power supply from the battery
coils 2 and 4
Make sure the wire you cut and reconnected has a strong connection and is soldered

what pin did you cut first ..... where in the ecu ?
