i had a issue with my nova launcher, i was using a aftermarket one over the oem pixel launcher, my issue was associated to that but how the tech was able to mirror my phone and show me physically where to touch on the screen to access settings and reset abuncha stuff was :wow
i did not have to install anything it was just asked by the tech on online chat, you mind if i show/support you via screen share, and I was like uh ok... and bam 2 secs later he can see my screen :wow
